~ Michael Nieminen, CEO

Initially kicking off his transportation infrastructure career at Federal Technical Surveys (FTS), a pioneering start-up, later known as Roadware, the first piece of equipment he purchased was ICC equipment. Michael then spent 27 years at Stantec, providing pavement management solutions for clients in the U.S. and Canada and internationally, including in Vietnam, United Arab Emirates, China, Kuwait, Turkey, and Africa. His journey continued as a Principal at Mission Geographic before joining Fugro, most recently as Business Development Manager.

Proactively seeking access to the most sophisticated, current, and optimized solutions available within the transportation infrastructure sector, Michael has extensive experience consulting on service and equipment solutions for the pavement and asset management industry. His passion drives his push to support evolution in enhancements for the pavement data collection industry. His passion is to help clients solve whatever pavement challenges they face and keep navigating through the post-pandemic era.

Having this opportunity to join such an innovative and service-oriented team, I will continue to leverage my experience and reputation in the industry as a Trusted Advisor to all clients. When we work together to diagnose and discover the symptoms of an agency’s challenges, we then are positioning to begin to design a solution. Together we can ensure pavement and asset teams are appropriately equipped with the right tools and fully informed to deliver the most effective solutions available on the market today.

~ Michael Robson, Director of Business Development
