Charlotte, NC – Last week the 2022 PWX Public Works Expo took place from August 28–31 in beautiful Charlotte, North Carolina! International Cybernetics Company (ICC) attended and presented, and was represented by CEO Michael Nieminen and Pavement Engineer Dr. Danilo Balzarini, Ph.D., who presented on Tues, Aug 30 at 3:00 pm. Dr. Balzarini covered the development and practical applications of the new data collection ASTM E3303 Standard, “Practice for Generating Pavement Surface Cracking Indices from Digital Images” during his educational session. This industry enhancement brings new levels of data accuracy and repeatability to pavement condition surveys, supporting data-based decision-making for agencies for many years to come!

PWX hosts education sessions that share information and address current public works issues and challenges. Attendees network with new and experienced Public Works professionals from around the world. The event also has exhibitors showcasing a variety of products, services, and technologies specific to the public works industry.

Thank you to PWX, North Carolina, and all our customers and partners with whom we were able to connect with in Charlotte!
